Add deductions in Settings › Deductions to see your take-home (net) pay. Common ones are ready to add: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax, SSS loan, Pag-IBIG loan, HMO, cash advance. You can add your own too.
Each deduction is either:
A fixed amount (₱), like SSS ₱900, or
A percentage of gross, handy for tax if yours is roughly a flat percentage.
Net pay = gross pay − deductions
Why you enter the amounts yourself
Contribution tables and tax brackets change, and employers split and schedule them differently. Some deduct everything on one cutoff, some split it in half. Copying the amounts from your payslip is always exact for your job.
Deducted on one cutoff only
If you're paid on the 15th and 30th, choose when each deduction is taken:
Every payday
1st cutoff only (1 to 15)
2nd cutoff only (16 to end)
Example
Your payslip shows SSS on the 15th and PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG on the 30th. Set SSS to the 1st cutoff only, and the other two to the 2nd cutoff only.
